Paying your Coast Cable bill is easy!

Did you know that you can pay your Coast Cable bill through the following methods?

At most financial institutions just as you are used to with your utility bills, or online through your bank. If you choose to pay in-person at a bank please ensure you bring a copy of your most recent statement. 

Via mail (Canada Post). Refer to the remittance address detailed on your most recent Coast account statement.

Through pre-authorized credit card or chequing account that can be set-up by calling Customer Service at 604-885-3224

Coming Soon! Customers can sign-up for online billing through our new Online Customer Care service.

NEW! Coast introduces equipment delivery and pick-up

Coast is making equipment exchanges easy for customers through our new delivery and pick-up service. Customers can simply place a call to a Coast Cable representative to arrange for the FREE delivery and pick-up cable and Internet equipment (including boxes and modems). Call a Coast Customer Service representative for more details.

Effective December 5th, 2008, account payments and equipment exchanges will no longer be accepted at the Coast Cable office location.

 

On February 17, 2009, the American television networks will be transmitting an ALL Digital signal.

This ONLY affects those who use “rabbit ears” and not cable television customers.Coast Cable customers will continue to receive the services they currently subscribe to and no special equipment is necessary.

Coast Cable 11 offers viewers unique, local programming Mondays to Thursdays from 5 PM till 9 PM and Fridays from 7 PM till 9 PM.
