• This service is free to all non-profit groups and organizations
• We do not take PSA requests over the phone
• Your PSA will be displayed more accurately if the email form is used
• Preference is given to Sunshine Coast organizations
• We do not display announcements regarding lost pets or lost & found
• Your message will air during non-programming hours on Cable 11 only
• We cannot guarantee that your announcement will run, but we will do our best
• We must receive your announcement, at best, one week prior to your display date
• Announcements that are not timely will run on Cable 11 as space permits
• Please make your message short & concise - it is easier for your audience
• If you have any artwork available (i.e. logos, posters, etc.), please include with the email form
