Coast TV programming for Feb 1 - 8, 2010
Beginning Monday February 1st
NEW SERIES! Stay on Your Feet!
An exercise show just for seniors. Inspired by a Coast TV viewer and produced in cooperation with Vancouver Coastal Health, this new show to Coast TV has been created to help our seniors stay active and prevent falls. Airtimes are scheduled to help viewers develop a regular exercise routine.
Airing Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 11:00 am & 3:00 pm Tuesdays at 7:30pm
Tuesday 7:00pm Gardening – Coast Style: Scott Steacy takes on the task of blending his unique home with a unique style of gardening to create a living space where the lines between interior and exterior are blurred.
Thursday 7:00 pm SPECIAL: Olympic Torch Celebrations
Friday 7:00 pm WHL HOCKEY – Lethbridge vs Kelowna
